1. Driver & License Requirements

• Renter must be at least 18 years old.

• A valid driving license or international driving license must be presented at the time of collection. 

• Passport or IC must be provided during handover.

2. Deposit & Payment

• A refundable security deposit is required upon collection.

• Full payment must be made before or during handover.

• The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

3. Insurance Coverage

• The vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance for major accident, theft, and third-party liability.

• Renter is not liable for damages covered by insurance.

• Renter will need to pay for vehicle rent depending on how many days the vehicle is unusable.

• In case of no insurance claim renter will have to bear all repair cost.

• Security deposit will be used for:​

  • Toll and parking charges

  • Fuel refill (return at same level)

  • Minor damages (e.g. scratches, small dents) – repair costs may be deducted from the deposit

  • Traffic summons during the rental period

• If the damage cost exceed the deposit amount renter will have to bear the cost

4. Rental Use

• The vehicle may only be used within Peninsula Malaysia unless written permission is granted.

• Pets are allowed only if the vehicle is returned clean.

• A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle is returned dirty or with strong odour.

5. Mileage

• Daily mileage limit is 200 km/day.

• Any excess mileage may result in deduction from the deposit.

6. Late Return

• A 1-hour grace period is allowed.

• Returns later than the grace period may be charged additional hours or full-day rate, deducted from the deposit.

7. Damage & Inspection

• Vehicle will be checked before and after the rental.

• Any new damage not recorded earlier may result in deposit deduction.

• Renter must notify the company immediately in case of an accident or issue.

• Renter that is not complying with company policies will lead to legal case.

8. Add-On Services

• Extra Mileage Package
  Additional mileage can be purchased in advance upon request. Rates vary by package.

• Delivery & Pickup Service
  Available upon request – pricing depends on distance.

9. Booking Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations only affect the deposit, not the rental fee.

• Deposit refund terms:

  • 48 hours before pickup – full deposit refund

  • 24–48 hours before pickup – 50% deposit refund

  • Less than 24 hours – deposit forfeited
